Drake Has Drakegasm, Drops “The Motion” x “Jodeci” x “Versace (Remix)”

Perhaps drunk off Grammy shots - a move I completely endorsed this, more rappers should treat their Grammys like the Stanley Cup - this weekend Drake had a Drakegasm and completely shot his....I'm trying to think of a pun that combines "Drake" and "wad"...nope, I got nothing....shot his wad by dropping four three new songs.

Most important is new album single "The Motion", a track that could most accurately be described as everything you'd think a Drake song would sound like. There's singing, there's rapping, there's the loneliness of being famous and some heartbreak. I mean, he straight up says, "I thought she was perfect when she was being herself." Most importantly, this shit is probably going to stick in your head way more than you want to admit - that's essentially the experience I have with 90% of Drake songs. He's the ultimate, "Even if you don't want it to, it'll grow on you" rapper.

In more random/non-album news, fresh off treating J. Cole to a Best Buy shopping spree, he hops on a lush instrumental with Grown Simba for "Jodeci", a cut that's more straight up rapping and mostly makes me want to go watch some old school Jodeci. And I'm not saying Cole caught him here...but he did.

And we're not done yet. Because....who the fuck knows why...he also decided to jump on a remix to Migos' "Versace". I guess he's got to feed the streets, or whatever it is rappers say. For the record, Migos' original "Versace" could best be described ignorant rap for people who don't like their hooks to have more than one word. This remix is all types of forgettable:

Oh, and there was a new track involving a group that's on RefinedHype boycott. My real RefinedHype Nation people know what I'm talking about. Essentially, it all adds up to the beginning of Drake's true campaign to ensure we spend the next two months talking about the Sept. 17 release of his "Nothing Was the Same Album". Considering Wale's album drops tomorrow and all I'm hearing about are these new Drake joints, I'd say he already won (minus this one other album that's kind of a big deal).

(Looking for all of RefinedHype's dope downloads in one place? We got you covered.)
