Over the weekend the Rock The Bells festival took over San Bernardino, California for what was likely one of the biggest Hip-Hop events of the year. New school Hip-Hop and old school Hip-Hop were both represented as acts like Black Hippy, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, DMX, and J. Cole shared the same stage.
