This Week in Hype: Talking Outkast Reunion, the Beyonce Method & More

The immortal "This Week in Hype " podcast is back from our holiday hiatus! I hope it wasn't too painful to go without my sweet sweet voice for all these weeks, I know you cried yourself to sleep every night. Now, back to the show!

To kick things off right, I make up a new trivia contest format, explain to all the Outkast fans out there shouldn't be too excited about their reunion, take some "how should an indie artist release an album?" Q & A and more. Enjoy...

Discussed This Week:

*As always, shout out to RefinedHype Nation member Tino for that dope theme song.
* For the New Year, I'm starting a new trivia question prize - something from my house! First person to email me the correct answer wins some shit that's in my house. Could be a fork, could be some rare vinyl, could be a "Detox" shirt. And yes, I'm completely serious.
* Discussing "Hip-Hop Albums That Will Never Drop", most prominently Outkast. Especiall in light of their upcoming Coachella performance, how excited should we be about hearing a new classic album from the Kast? (Not very.)
* I bring on rapper and confirmed RefinedHpe Nation member Uzi to talk about the Beyonce album release method and do some indie artist Q & A. Plus, did I see the success of Big K.R.I.T.'s "KRIT Wuz Here" coming?
* Thanks to Uzi for coming on, and being such a loyal RefinedHype Nation citizen over the years. You should follow him, and check out more of his music.
* This week's closing song, Uzi's "I Think I'm Insane".

If you like things that don't suck you should subscribe to "This Week in Hype" on iTunes. How's that for some reverse psychology?
