Busy morning (had a meeting with Rick Ross and Noriega, the real Noriega) so now that I'm caught up priority number one is getting this new J. Cole "Relaxation" joint up, featuring Fashawn and Omen providing some microphone back-up. Goddamn. See rappers, it doesn't take much. You don't need a gimmick - all you need is a dope beat and, supreme lyrical content and elite delivery. Ok, so maybe it does take a lot.

For the record, the beat's produced by Cole himself (expect a flood of new freestyles on the way), that's "Grizzly City 3" creator Fashawn on the second verse and little known Omen on the third, who although he's the least well known, might just have my vote for the best verse. It's not quite the Mircale on Ice, but it's a hell of an underdog performance. Who you got?
