These days, all you see and hear on the news is about which country is on the brink of war, the economic crisis and other information that drives fear into your everyday life. I’m tired of hearing nothing but bad news, that’s why I decided to write about positive and inspiring stories that are overlooked by the mainstream media in "It's All Good"

While everyone is glued to their TV’s to see who wins the big tournament, there are some bigger stories that shouldn’t be ignored. The friendship between Michigan State basketball star Adreian Payne and 8-year-old Lacey Holsworth is one of those stories.

They both met two years ago when the Spartans visited a hospital where Lacey was getting treatment for neuroblastoma, an aggressive cancer of the nerve tissue. They hit it off after they first met, and apparently text everyday.

The Washignton Post notes that Adreian attended a fundraiser for Lacey, and Lacey, who was Adreian’s guest during senior night, helped him cut down the net after Michigan State won the big tournament. "She's like a sister to me," Payne says in the segment. "I love him," Lacey declares.

I can honestly say this is one of the most inspiring stories of selflessness I have ever seen, and even if you aren’t a Michigan state fan, after seeing this video you might be rooting for them to win it all. #PrayforLacey.
