Dope Hip-Hop is Just Another “Day in the Life” for Joey Badass

Did you hear? NYC hip-hop is returning. Ok, I don't know if "return" is actually the right word, but I'm more excited about NY rappers rhyming of NY producers' beats than I've been in a long time.

Or to put it more specifically, I rarely post this late at night, but I had to get this new Joey Badass "Day in the Life" joint produced by Harry Fraud. Sweet baby jesus this shit is dope. Joey's lyricism is as on point as always, and no on incorporates horn lines better than Fraud right now.

For much more east coastishness be sure to cop Peter Rosenberg's "New York Renaissance" mixtape, due out tomorrow, Thursday, April 4. As you can tell, this is one of those old school mixtapes that will actually have exclusive joints you give a fucks about.
