Has anyone else found it incredibly odd that a number of emcee's under the age of 21 are consistently releasing songs and music videos inspired by the 90's while rappers twice their age are struggling to remain trendy? This thing we call Hip-Hop sure is interesting. The latest youngin' to keep things heavily nostalgic is Astro with the release of the music video to his Biggie-centric cut "Catchin' Wreck."

Astro keeps the video relatively simple as he drops his rhymes with the backing of a handful of New York City backdrops including the Brooklyn Bridge. I do like the video, but I'm sure I'm not the only who feels that the fake fog scene came across as being a little awkward. I think you have to be at least 20-years-old for fake fog to look at all menacing.
