The secret about success is that there is no secret. It simply requires talent, determination and yes, a little bit of luck, and it looks like underground rapper/producer Akir has all three on lock on the release of his new mixtape "The Secret." hosted by Statik Selektah and DJ Static (that's a lot of static), "The Secret" also features appearances from Immortal Technique, Pharoahe Monche, J-Ro (Alkaholiks), Shabaam Sahdeeq and more.

If the man keeps making music like this his talent won't be a secret for much longer. Ok, there, I think I'm finally tapped out on "secret" puns.
