Skyzoo & Talib Kweli Pay Ode To A Brooklyn Hero In Their “Spike Lee Was My Hero” Video

Posted by Danielle Harling on 01/23/13 | Filed under Videos, Talib Kweli, Skyzoo

Although the visuals for Skyzoo's "Spike Lee Was My Hero" would have been pretty impressive even without a cameo from its namesake, the appearance of Spike towards the end of the video really is the icing on the cake.

Also, the music video for Skyzoo's "A Dream Deferred" record comes at a perfect time for the famed film director who could likely benefit from a little positive shine. Ain't that right, Tarantino? This can be found on Sky’s "A Dream Deferred" album, out now.
