I'm not going to front. Back in the day...let's say middle school for me, I enjoyed me a Limp Bizkit song or two. Frankly I might have even owned one of their CDs, although my memories hazy. If so, I might have to go back and update "What's the Most Embarrassing Album You Ever Bought?".

I say all that so you know I'm keeping it, as the kids would say, 100. I'm not gonna hate on the new Limp Bizkit and Lil Wayne video automatically, because it's now cool to hate them. Nor am I going to say it's actually dope just so I can go against the current (hipster alert).

Instead, I'm going to watch and review this video as objectively as possible. And as objectively as possible, it's a pile of sonic and visual poop. Fred Durst's greying beard is now just kind of depressing, he looks like a guy who works at a truck stop Dennys, and this is one of the worst Weezy verses I've heard in a while. And yes, I know there are a lot of contenders for worst Lil Wayne verse in recent memory.

So why write about it? Because for better or worse Limp Bizkit will always be a part of my childhood memories, Lil Wayne is debatably the second most powerful rapper alive and he signed Bizkit to Cash Money, and I couldn't resist making at least one truck stop Denny's joke. Just remember, there was a time when "who's the bigger star, Eminem or Fred Durst" was a legitimate debate.

Anyway, enjoy. And by enjoy, I mean welcome to the worst four minutes of your day.

P.S.: If you need to remember what outright dopeness sounds like, here's Big K.R.I.T.'s new "Multi".
