Well RefinedHype Nation, I've got some good news, and I've got some bad news. First, the good news.

Now, the bad news. TMZ has the video, which was taken at a Complex photo shoot about two years ago, those motherfuckers know they're sitting on a goldmine, and they're not letting it go that easily. Plus, they don't want to get sued into oblivion. So instead of the skies parting, angels shining their cherubic light on us from the heavens and Upton's boobs being revealed in all their glory, we get some old school stars.

In other words, this is the greatest day of my life ever, except it totally and completely isn't. For the record, yes, I recognize that I shouldn't be that excited about seeing Kate Upton topless. I've already seen her in a transparent wet t-shirt, what's really the difference between that and "topless"? Rationally, I can't answer that question.
