It’s All Good: Kid President Says Be Awesome, Eat CorndogsPosted by Max Pete on 11/26/13 | Filed under General Awesomeness, Its All Good |
These days, all you see and hear on the news is about which country is on the brink of war, the economic crisis and other information that drives fear into your everyday life. I’m tired of hearing nothing but bad news, that’s why I decided to write about positive and inspiring stories that are overlooked by the mainstream media in "It's All Good". This week....
With Thanksgiving coming up, Kid President decided to deliver another important message to everyone on “20 things we should say more often”. Life can be tough sometimes, and often events that don’t always go our way discourage us, but Kid President is here to remind us that everything will be ok.
What really hit me about his message was that sometimes I take for granted the people who I have in my life. It is very easy to get annoyed and fed up with people, but at the end of the day I am very blessed to have great friends, and family who continue to push me to greater heights. Saying thank you might seem like a small thing, but it really goes a long way and I will make sure to use it more. Thank you, Kid President. Your pep talk not only brightened my day, but it also make me remember what my main priorities are.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
