This Week in General Awesomeness: Cam’ron Joins Vine, Breezy Gets Dunked On & MorePosted by Nathan S. on 06/14/13 | Filed under Humor, General Awesomeness |
The interwebs are a wonderful place filled with porn, more porn, and occasionally some other General Awesome stuff. That's where I come in.
As a balance to the ever popular "Fails of the Week", below is some of the best the world has to offer in the form of Killa Cam's triumphant introduction to Vine, that one time Chris Brown got dunked on and much more.
Enjoy....
I won't lie, I couldn't tell you the last time I listened to a new Cam'ron song. But when it comes to making entertaining ridiculousness, the man's simply on another level. Case in point, the first thing he ever posted on Vine (aka YouTube for people with ADHD) was a series chronicling he and his girl getting into a gunfight, then making up by meringue dancing with a cape on.
You can't make this shit up. Oh Killa Cam, you're still the greatest. Click here to watch the whole...um..."movie".
Two Vine videos? Fuck it, this is too good to pass up.
Now let's not get too excited, Andre Drummond dunking on Chris Brown was staged. But still, this might be the single most enjoyable thing I watched all week. If every Breezy video was just clips of him getting destroyed by NBA players I'd be that dude's biggest fan.
In the meantime, looks like I'm just going to have to periodically watch this every time I need a little dose of joy.
Ok, I'll pump the brakes on Vine for a minute to get back to my rap nerd roots. This is ostensibly the story of how Pete Rock and CL made one of the most classic of classic songs in hip-hop history, but it's actually more of a mini-documentary on the two.
It doesn't cover the Lupe Fiasco sample, but otherwise, this is everything a rap nerd could possible want for ten minutes. Sweet baby jesus it's so nice to reminiscence over "T.R.O.Y.".
Ah boobs, making the world just a little bit better since the beginning of time.
