Dear RefinedHype Nation,

I know what you're thinking: "RefinedHype is the only reason I even get out of bed in the morning, especially on Friday when I get a "Fails of the Week" and a "Weekly Re-Up".' Well at the risk of having a few folks out there Fantasia themselves, I'm sorry to say that this will be the last post until Monday morning.

Diddy saw my last "Breakdown Beatdown" and is demanding I consult with him before he writes his next verse, so I'll be flying out to NYC and spending all weekend locked in the studio. That's obviously a complete lie, but unfortunately it is true that something completely unexpected came up and I'll be traveling all day today and over the weekend. Don't worry folks, we'll be right back at it on Monday.

I'm sure you're heartbroken. Maybe Rosa Acosta stretching will help ease the pain:
