So here's the deal RefinedHype Nation. In just a couple hours I'll be boarding a plane for Austin, Texas and spending the next couple days getting famous rappers arrested doing whatever the fuck it is people do down there. Unfortunatley for everyone happily not wading into the mass of unwashed humanity that is SXSW, that means no more posts today (although I did give you some new "Mystery Booty" and no podcast on Friday). Never fear my people. Lucas will be holding down the fort with a new "Sample Quiz" and "Weekly Re-Up", and I'll be back typing away per usual on Monday, although I do apologize in advance for my absence. Try to fight back the tears. 

BUT.....

...if you will be at SXSW, let's do the dam thing. Frankly, I've been over standing in line for two hours to watch a rapper I've seen before perform. The only real reason I still go down there is to catch up with folks and meet people in person that I email/tweet/comment with 97 times a year via the interwebs. 

You've seen what a gorgeous mug I have now, if you see me come say what up. We'll rap nerd out. You can also catch me putting in a little work at the "Indie Life" showcase and the Duck Down showcase. 

BUT....

If you really want to throw down, I'll be taking "3 Shots With" to the people and going on a bender Friday, March 14, from 4-6 downtown (here abouts). The concept is simple. I'll be walking around with a couple bottles and a camera. If you want to drink publicly with me and have that moment recorded for posterity, here's your chance.
