Converse Kicks Off Line of Dr. Seuss-Inspired Sneakers (Pics)

Converse has become well-known for their creativity over the past few years with their Chuck Taylor collection. Converse has obviously come along way from their standard black and white Chuck’s. Their latest collection is based off of a childhood classic; the works of Dr. Seuss. The whimsical collection features sneakers inspired by such Dr. Seuss favorites as “The Cat In The Hat” and more.

A sneaker collection inspired by the stories of a popular childrens' book author can easily take a turn for the worst. But the Converse Dr. Seuss Collection is definitely a success. It pays tribute to Dr. Seuss without appearing like a collection straight out of the Childrens Place catalog.

Each pair of sneakers comes with a limited edition Dr. Seuss drawstring bag. The collection also features children’s sneakers as well. Sneakers in the collection range from $40-$60 and are available for purchase on Converse.com.
