Outkast is back (sort of)! Outkast is back (sort of)! I just want to shout it form the rooftops! Outkast…is…BACK (sort of)! The announcement that Big Boi and Andre are teaming  up for a few shows, and hopefully more, in 2014 is the best (hopefully) news I have in a long time.  I recently saw Big Boi live and I have to say, while dope, hearing "Ms. Jackson" sans 3 Stacks just isn’t quite the same. Anytime two legends reunite, it is hard not to get excited—just the thought of maybe, by some chance, a new album happening gets us all tingly—unless of course you are the following people…it's time for another look at Classic Hate, our ongoing series looking at the internet's most hate filled comments about classic hip-hop. Liam Bryce: I dont think this song is even that good... It sounds like he was high when he sang it. I like his other stuff, but this dosn't sound good.

Ahhhh…that smooth as silk beat driven by those awesome motherfuckin horns that really set off 3 Stacks' creative, damn near poetic flow. Really the best way to describe them is..."not even that good". I couldn’t place it but Liam sure did. Oh and God forbid anyone do drugs and make music; the two just don’t mix. I mean do you think The Beatles were high when they made “I Am The Walrus”? Could Jimi Hendrix have ripped the Star Spangled Banner after smoking the pot plants ? Liam is right, music and drugs just don’t mix. Perhaps that's why this song sucks.

Tony Guerrero Jr: I can belive it, I was waitin for 4 days for this. And the day I get it and listen to it, man I’m so disappointed. I know that they were fetured on alot of tracks, like Neck uv Da woods and that Missy Eliot track, and those were good. Hoped that the cd would be great but its too slow and it sounds like a ufo. Not to mention the front of the cd, now I cant even sneak it in the school( I have The Chronic and The Chronic 2001, but this is much worse). Man if your smart and you dont want 15 tracks of junk then dont buy this. PS. I picked this over Thug Mentality 1999 I feel like a fool!

ATLiens, a classic if ever there was one. I mean “Elevators”, “Millenium”, “Decatur Psalm” make this a sure fire classic right? Sure, maybe, but it is nothing compared to Krayzie Bone’s Thug Mentality 1999 album. Shit, disk 2 had a Souljah Boy feature! Ain’t nothing topping that; "Thug Mentality" over errything. All jokes aside, he does have a point that this album kind of sounds like a UFO, but first, isn’t that kind of the point? And second, UFO’s are fucking awesome.

C. Bridge "Bridge Photographer (review titled “great music to jump rope by if your 9 yrs old and angry”): this jumbly wombly babble is not really music, more angry poetry set to the copy-cat unimaginative "same-old" cadence of modern rap music whose main message is always violent and anti-beauty and art. I did want to listen to it because someone recommended it..keep an open mind you know, but I think music really needs to get past this stage. It's great as a musical experiment, but I'm hoping society can move forward into the future with better genres than this. When I have had a bad day and just want to go nuts, punching kittens and Christiano Ronaldo-ing babies, nothing gets my blood boiling more than “Rosa Parks” or “West Savannah”. Those songs are just so angry and filled with hate. Bridge is right, if there was one adjective to describe Outkast it would be “unimaginative” and “copy-cat”. Good luck pulling Outkast songs out of a lineup because they sound just like everything else that’s been made for the past 20 years. He is onto something with that prison comment too. I actually saw a study that directly linked listening to Outkast with ending up in prison, anm making matters worse, the more they listened the longer their sentence. Technically, he is right; If you polled 100 people currently serving a jail sentence, I bet 100 would be Outkast fans. You know why? Because EVERYBODY fucking loves Aquemini. You know what, I am going to shoot you… I will have a nice day though...LISTENING TO OUTKAST!

P.S.- Gotta hand it to him  "jumbly wombly babble" does roll right off the tongue. Gotta use that more often.

It think the fact that we can find some Outkast hate leads me to believe that no matter what artist it is there will always be haters. There is not a more widely appealing, likeable group than Outkast and if people can hate on them they can hate on anyone. Long live the hater!
