Goddamn 50 Cent is infuriating these days. Earlier this week it seemed like he was back to his hard rhyming ways with "Financial Freedom", and then today he gets absolutely murdered on his own sh*t by Kendrick Lamar.

Getting out-rhymed by Kendrick is nothing new, or something to be especially ashamed of. What's more notable to me is that Kendrick's verse aside, "We Up" just isn't a particularly good track. This is his new album single? Really? I've taken naps more exciting than this.

And by no means did Fiddy have to match Kendrick's lyricism, but he could have at least brought some passion, really dropped his best verse. Instead, these are just some reheated leftovers rhymes.

Shit, maybe I'm just feeling extra hater because it's a Friday and this shit is keeping me from knocking out a "Fails of the Week", we'll see how I feel about it for tomorrow. But right now? An eh feels generous.
