West coast hip-hop hasn't looked this good since the glory days of NWA and Snoop Dogg. Not only are Kendrick Lamar and crew ushering in a new era in L.A. rap, groups like Pac Div are picking up that torch and running with it.

So there was approximately a zero percent chance that a joint like "Cross Trainers", also featuring Blu and Mr. "I Just Killed You On Your Own Shit", was going to be anything other than a head-nodding affair. (I think that last sentence was a quadruple negative). I've heard more than a couple real hip-hop heads say the mix on this is off, and unfortunately I'd have to agree, but for the purposes of some afternoon dopeness in my headphones, this will do just fine, thank you much.
