For his "Backseat Freestyle" music video, TDE wordsmith Kendrick Lamar took a rare seat in the directors chair as he helped in creating the intriguing visuals for the "good kid, m.A.A.d city" record with help from Dave Free and Jerome D. In the music video, we're introduced to both Kendrick's mom and pops (the latter of which really wants his Dominoes back) and also a faux Sherane (of "Master Splinter’s Daughter" fame). The video also showcases two varying locales, it kicks off (and ends) in Paris, France and midway through the video we're treated to a trip to Kendrick's hometown of Compton.
