This weekend marked the 16th anniversary of the Notorious B.I.G.'s death, which means every rapper alive pulled out some Biggie related "freestyle" and sites tripped over themselves putting together "Biggie's 50 Best Coogi Sweaters" lists. There's a fine line between paying homage and using Biggie's death for self-promotion and profit - he and Tupac have become the 9/11 stickers of rap - and I refuse to cross that line.

So I've always opted for a less-is-more approach when March 9 rolls around. In that spirit, if you're looking for a quick trip through Biggie's catalog, I highly recommend the mixcast The Digger's Union put together:
