Is This Real Life? Because This New Lil B “Trapped In Prison” Song Isn’t Half Bad (Listen)

I'm so confused by Lil B. He has a song called "Trapped In Prison" on an album titled "I'm Gay" so of course you expect the song to be absolute fuckery, but it isn't. It's actually kind of, dare I say it, good. Instead of wonton soup or Paris Hilton, Lil B finds himself rapping about mental slavery. And if that isn't a far cry from "Hoes On My Dick" then I don't know what it is. I still can't get over his awkward flow, but Lil B got me on this one.

Lil B gets a little conscious on us with lines like, "everybody know it's easy to fail, but it's harder to think" and also shows his clever side as he raps about being "nicer than grandma with a cup of iced tea." Throughout the song Lil B continuously touches on mental slavery and also third-world countries and poverty here in the United States.

And if you were so moved by "Trapped In Prison" that it completely changed your opinion on the self-proclaimed based god you're in luck because "I'm Gay" was released on iTunes earlier today. Have fun with that.
