Jared Evan's love for music - not hip-hop, not R&B, not rock, but MUSIC - has been his blessing and his curse. There's no doubt that his versatility has made him harder to market to the masses, but it's also meant we've been blessed with some out of the box music from the man.

Case in point, his new single "Are We Almost There Yet". Statik Selektah might be best known for his underground hip-hop, but his love for a good soul sample means some like..say... I don't know...Jared Evan would feel equally comfortable laying down some smooth vocals. Throw in some rhymes from Evan on the back end and you've got an inspirational jam to close out your Tuesday with.
