Over the past few months I've received more than a couple emails saying that my "Fails of the Week" column is the highlight of their week, which I choose to take as a compliment and not a sad commentary on the quality of their lives.

Unfortunately, this week I failed to hunt down the requisite amount of fuck-ups, and hip-hop's most notable figures failed to fail. That Snoop and Charlie Sheen song? Already got it. The Common controversy? Already did that one too.

So, after throwing in a fail compilation to get you warmed up, I'm turning to you people. Throw in a fail or two of your own in the comments below - don't let your fellow RefinedHype citizens spend the next week without anyone's misery to laugh at.
