Game, Weezy, Big Sean, Loso & Jeremih Love That “Lady”, Hopefully Different Lady Posted by Nathan S. on 12/04/12 | Filed under Downloads, Lil Wayne, Big Sean, Game, Fabolous

Yes, Game did just sample D'Angelo's "Lady" for his latest single, "All That". For those of us for whom "Voodoo" is a desert island album, that's a pretty big fucking deal. And for the record, "sample" doesn't really do this beat justice. It's essentially the exact same production as D'Angelo's original with some heavier drums.

For the 99% of the world who doesn't give a fuck about D'Angelo, hey look, there's also a bunch of famous rappers on "All That". Game's opening verse is solid, Lil Wayne's been worse, Big Sean delivers exactly what you'd expect Big Sean to deliver, it's hard to tell if this isn't the full version or Fabolous just dropped a few bars and Jeremih throws in some extras on the vocals.

Overall a nice song, although hardly the kind of joint that's going to get the world truly excited about "Jesus Piece" on December 11, even though Game's put out more songs in the last month than Jay-Z' put out in 43 years. Enjoy...
