This New Future & Drake Record Might Call For A Mid-Song Siesta, “Fo Real” (Listen & Download) Posted by Danielle Harling on 01/14/13 | Filed under Downloads, Drake, Future

Well, it's the start of 2013 and that guy with the underwater-esque vocals who you thought wouldn't make it past hits like "Racks" and "Tony Montana" is still going strong. In fact, you can expect an entire helping of new cuts from Future thanks to the release of his "FBG: The Movie" mixtape which is expected to be released some time today. Among the records featured on the mixtape is "Fo Real," one of a handful of records Future's mentioned as of late that also features Drake.

Despite featuring production from Mike WiLL Made It and a brief verse from Drake, "Fo Real" is a pretty underwhelming record. It lacks the appeal of Future's numerous hits of last year and nothing about the record stands out aside from Drake tapping into his inner tough guy. Production from Mike WiLL isn't bad, but it's not impressive either and sounds awfully similar to a handful of the producer's other beats.
