As I've said before, there are three Lil Waynes: Radio Wayne, Gangster Wayne, and Mr. Out of His F**king Mind Wayne. Personally I prefer the latter. When Weezy F.'s on the verge of a mental breakdown no one can touch him for pure lyrical creativity and style. Hip-hop's never heard anyone like him and it never will again. So download "No Ceilings" now and by the time Wayne's out of prison you might just have it memorized...actually, how dope would it be if he did some mixtape series from prison!? Can you imagine the book of rhymes he's going to come out of the joint with? I'm officially predicting that whatever he drops after he gets out of prison will be his best work yet.
