I know it’s been a minute since I’ve posted a full “Your Favorite Rapper is Poor” article, so for everyone begging for a full serving of financial f-ups, here’s a little appetizer….

Apparently even that Crunk Juice money isn’t enough to pay your bills. This week the IRS filed a lien against Lil Jon after the King of Crunk, and the king of failed albums titled “Crunk Rock”, in an attempt to recover the $700,000. What? 700K. What? 700K. Yeah! Ok, but maybe Jon’s not really that broke. Maybe he’s got the cash but has just been lazy about his taxes. Wait? What’s that? He’s also set to appear on the new season of “Celebrity Apprentice” with such luminaries as Gary Busey and LaToya Jackons? Oh, in that case yeah, the dude’s desperate.

And while he may not actually be broke, not every financial venture is working out for 50 Cent like Vitamin Water. In attempt to break into the real estate game Fiddy purchased Mike Tyson’s former mansion (52 rooms, helicopter landing pad, etc.) for $4 million, then spent another $6 million in upgrades. Shockingly, the market for ridiculously lavish mansions is pretty fucking small during a historic recession and he’s been unable to find a buyer, despite continually lowering the original $18 million asking price. So to recap, 50 Cent: Really good at fucking up Young Buck’s career. Not so good at real estate investment.
