There’s this trend going around where people jump on hipster rap because it’s so “creative” and “genre-breaking”. I get it, you don’t want to miss out on the next Odd Future, but guess what? This shit is still wack. So while other sites are writing full length features talking about how amazing Kreayshawn is - you know, because Diplo co-signed her - it’s not going to happen here.

“You know I keep that work in my trunk / Got my hand on the pump if you wanna press your luck.” Really? Is that pump attached to a Super Soaker. You know what, I think it’ll go ahead and press my luck, thanks for the warning though.

Remember, sometimes music is hated on because it’s creative and the cookie-cutter establishment can’t handle anything different. And sometimes it’s hated on because it just actually sucks. Differentiating between the two is crucial.
