UNDRCRWN Debuts Spring 2010 Lookbook (Pics)

This week UNDRCRWN, the self-proclaimed “Brand for Champions,” released their 2010 spring lookbook. The collection features t-shirts and jackets that flaunt graphics and designs that take their inspiration from the basketball world. RefinedHype.com gives our two cents on what we thought of the brand’s latest lookbook.

The Refined Take

Pro’s: Jackets and hoodies FTW! (FTW = For The Win, for those who aren’t heavy on their internet lingo) With UNDRCRWN so well-known for its heavy collection of graphic tee‘s, it’s always nice to see them break out a jacket or two for their newest collections.

Con’s: UNDRCRWN is well-known for their basketball inspired t-shirts and other apparel, but it would be nice to see at least one piece from the brand that stands out among their sports themed t-shirts and other clothing. Also, although black and white photos are always a good look, it might not necessarily be the best choice when choosing pictures for a lookbook. With black and white photos, potential buyer’s aren’t actually getting a genuine look at the clothing they might want to consider buying.

All In All: UNDRCRWN’s Spring 2010 collection isn’t bad, but it’s not necessarily impressive either. A few pieces that really pop would definitely be a good look for UNDRCRWN’s future lookbooks.
