Thurz Promises to “Keep Livin”, I Suggest You Do the Same (Listen)

This is real rap, and in real rap people have problems; you struggle, you lose, you fight against the odds. But those struggles have always been at the heart of hip-hop. After all, what's triumph without the struggle.

By now I shouldn't have to say that Thurz is one of those aforementioned real rappers, and if there was any doubt just check out new single "Keep Livin". A darkly grounded yet ultimately hopeful cut driven by a big DJ Khalil beat and hook from Jarell Perry, "Keep Livin" is Thurz declaration that he refuses to stop; I highly recommend you adopt a similar declaration.

If you're feeling stressed about the holiday season take comfort in the knowledge that Thurz' "Blood on the Canvas" will be arriving in early 2013. Until then, enjoy...
