Why am I posting this brand new "Ferris Bueller (Personal Day Off)" joint from The Canz, featuring a mellow out beat from Marcoticks and guest verses from Aleon Craft and El Prez? Good question. Let's review, outline style:

1) As a general rule, I never pass up the chance to make some "Ferris Bueller" references. Like this one, or this one, or this.

2) The Canz are dope. I feel like people slept on their last project, "Life After Graduation', which was pretty damn dope. This track is dope too.

3) There really aren't that many people sleeping on Aleon Craft after "The Stargazing Soundtrack". I think folks have pretty much agreed he's dope now.

4) El Prez is dope. Plus he makes mixtapes about In 'N Out, and since I know him personally I can attest to the fact that he smokes a lot of dope.

5) The Canz will be playing at https://www.djbooth.net" title="See More!">the mothership's A3C showcase, along with Crooked I, Evidence, STS, Ghostwridah and a bunch of other folks. If you're gonna be in Atlanta for A3C, you should definitely go check it out.

Last but not least, chances are good that you're reading this at work right now and dreaming about just taking the fuck off for the day. You should do it. Fuck it. Just leave. And if you need a little motivation to get going, look to "Ferris Bueller", the movie and the song, for inspiration.
