T-Wayne Drops So Bad It’s Good “Hoes and Ladies” (Listen & Download)

As both a writer and a hip-hop lover I post tracks for one of two reasons: they're dope, and/or they provide me with material to write about. Consider this new T-Wayne (T-Pain x Lil Wayne) track "Hoes & Ladies" much more the latter than the former. Lord knows it's not changing anyone's live, but there's just too much goodness here not to crack it open.O let's do it....

T-Pain's Career: Jay didn't kill auto-tune or T-Pain's career, but he sure as hell dampened it. Auto-tune has largely disappeared from the radio (replaced with equally annoying crap) and Pain's impact and power are a fraction of what they were even two years ago. That makes him one of the 25 most popular artists in the game as opposed to one of the 5 most popular, but still.

T-Pain's "Rhymes": As Dave Chappelle so accurately pointed out, every rapper wishes they were a comedian, but almost none of them are actually funny. Not T-Pain. From "On a Boat" to his auto-tuned Obama speeches, the man is legitimately hilarious. I can't front, I laughed out loud more than once on this one (I haven't hear and itty bitty titty committee reference since middle school).

Lil Wayne: Weezy's first T-Pain guest verse since being release from prison!!!! Let's all lose out minds!!!!! Seriously though, if you ever tell a girl that you're going to "make her pussy hole cry" and she doesn't either laugh in your face or slap you, watch out. She has multiple STDs.

Smoke: I almost wet myself when that new Field Mob track emerged, and then nothing for months until this hook. Come on guys, get back together.
