There’s A 75% Chance That You’ll Like T-Pain More As An Artist After Watching His “Behind The Music”

You'd probably be quite surprised to find that underneath all of the layers of autotune there's a pretty interesting story when it comes to singer/producer T-Pain. And thanks to VH1's "Behind The Music" we were recently able to get a much better look at the man behind the music. I watched the episode not expecting a whole lot, but after watching it I have to admit that T-Pain's "Behind The Music" is definitely one of the most intriguing episodes I've seen in the history of the series.

A few highlights from the episode...I thought it was pretty hilarious that T-Pain was inspired to start singing in autotune because of a Cher song. I also felt that T-Pain choosing to sign with Konvict Musik instead of heading over to Interscope and taking a $900,000 signing bonus was a pretty commendable move. And lastly, he makes a very good point about autotune. You really can't be biased with your autotune slander. If you don't like it you don't like it, it shouldn't matter who's using it.
