Remembering Substantial’s Dopeness on “See Hear” (Video) Posted by Nathan S. on 11/29/12 | Filed under Videos, Substantial

For whatever reason, Substantial is one of those artists that I forget about, then he drops a new joint, I think "oh yeah, I remember, that dude is dope as fuck." I feel bad about it, but I'm being real. So maybe you're a longtime Sub fan, maybe this is your introduction to him, or maybe you're like me and you just need a reminder, but either way this new "See Hear" video is pretty goddamn dope.

Ultimately, this rap shit really isn't that complicated. You take some dope production, pair it with some dope rhymes and, surprise, you get a dope song. See this shit rappers? Hear it? Do this, only with your own style.

Those interested in some more Substantial shit should check out his new album "Home Is Where the Art Is". In the meantime, enjoy...
