Sareem Poems Dares You to “Come Get It” (Listen & Download)

You might not jump at the name, but Sareem Poems is no stranger to the game. In fact, the California emcee has been contributing his brand of positive hip-hop and earning the respect for years. On his latest single, "Come Get It", off his new album "Black and Read All Over", Sareem and producer DJ Theory Hazit make sure everyone will remember their names for a long time to come.

That intro was another way of saying "I was kind of sleeping on this due, but then I listen to this track and honestly, it kind of f**king blew me away." It doesn't take more than ten seconds before the beat's brooding church bells and thumping bass drum hit your speakers, and with rhymes like, "Mind of a black panther/Heart of a black pastor," Poems absolutely crushes this one. So if a couple years from now Poems has slowly reached "one of the best in the game" status, don't say I didn't warn you.
