Grabbing Jay-Z and Dr. Dre was a pretty fucking big deal. Grabbing Wale and Drake, not a particularly big deal. But grabbing nearly four minutes from Andre 3K is a really, really big fucking deal. I'm not going to front, even with Ross' elite status I didn't see anything like "Sixteen" coming.

First off, I can't think of a more ironic concept for a Rick Ross song than he needs more bars to develop his concepts...you know, considering he never does concepts, unless you call being rich a concept. Case in point, "Sixteen". What does Rozay do with all those extra bars? The exact same shit he did with the first sixteen.

It's a moot point though. A hook and a nearly five minute contribution from 3 Stacks should be more than enough to get people to forget this is even a Ross record. It's 2 in the morning and my brain's way to jello to handle an in-depth breakdown of Andre's rhymes - the only thing I can really think right now is "Goddamn, can a man be the best rapper alive if he only drops guest verses?"

We'll see how I feel about things in the morning. In the meantime, enjoy, and remember, "God Forgives, I Don't" drops next week on Tuesday, August 31 (although Rozay is clearly having some leak containment issues).
