Don't worry, the headline's a joke. I promise there's absolutely no Rick Ross shaking involved in the following post. Instead, Ricky's trying to build some hype around his upcoming "Teflon Don" album with the release of a new EP, titled "Albert Anastasia" and dropping this Thursday. The first official single off the project is "Money Maker" and I can't front, it's a beast. In fact, it may be my favorite Carl Winslow track since "Hustlin". That Boi-1da beat is vicious (1da's been killing everything he touches lately) and Ross's rhymes may not be the second coming of "Paid in Full", but he plays his role to perfection. Banger. Still, it mostly makes me want to go watch this "Money Maker".
And for everyone asking, "who the fuck is Albert Anastasia?", he was the head of the Gambino Mafia family in the '50s, a man who also ran a crew of hitmen called Murder Inc. (no relation to this Murder Inc.).
