Nikki Jean’s “Million Star Motel” Featuring Lupe Fiasco Is Quite Lovely (Listen & Download) Posted by Danielle Harling on 07/12/11 | Filed under Top Stories, Downloads, Lupe Fiasco, Black Thought, Nikki Jean

I never thought I'd use the word "lovely" to describe any song with two rappers on it, but that's exactly what Nikki Jean's "Million Star Motel" featuring Lupe Fiasco and Black Thought is. If the name Nikki Jean sounds somewhat familiar then that means you probably heard her on Lupe Fiasco's "Hip-Hop Saved My Life." You get a lot more Nikki Jean on "Million Star Motel" since it is in fact her song and you can't help but love her voice, it has a nice old school charm to it.

Both Black Thought and Lupe put forth pretty decent verses on the song. They didn't really "go in" or anything like that, but that isn't expected for a song like this. "Million Star Motel" will be featured on Nikki Jean's debut album titled "Pennies In A Jar" which was released today.
