Nas is certainly no stranger to the unique collaboration. He's worked with Amy Winehouse, Mark Ronson, and even his father Olu Dara. So while "Bright Lights," his song with blues artist Gary Clark Jr., may be a bit unexpected it's still quite the intriguing musical gem. And interestingly enough, the song will be featured as the official theme music for the 2012 NFL Draft. It seems pretty fitting though since it has that high-energy, Hip-Hop meets rock kind of vibe. And the "the draft...it's poppin" drops at the end kind of help too.

I'm not sure if "Bright Lights" was initially created for the NFL draft but it definitely sounds like a song that was meant to be a theme song or maybe a song featured in a commercial. Kinda like the Hank Williams Monday Night Football song. It's a catchy song but you really can't find yourself listening to it more than a few times.
