Nas Takes It Back to the Block for “A Queens Story” Video

Posted by Nathan S. on 10/15/12 | Filed under Videos, Nas

Doesn't is feel like Nas' "Life is Good" album dropped seven years ago? Goddamn, sometimes I hate how quickly hip-hop turns over in the interwebs age. Anyway, I've still got Nas' latest in firm contention for "album of the year", so it's more than worth remembering how dope "A Queens Story" was in visual form.

In addition to the usual album release party footage, "A Queens Story" is really interesting for its old school footage and random rap photos. Pictures of Nas as a teenager? Check. Brawls on the streets of Queens? Check. Enjoy...

(On a related note, I heard that Gucci Mane ghostwrote Nas' verses on "Queens Story".)
