King Mez & Khrysis Battle “The King’s Khyrsis” (Mixtape Listen & Download)

It's crazy how fast this game can move. A year ago I started to hear whispers about this King Mez kid and gave him a spin on the mothership, and one year later he's widely considered one of the dopest emcees coming out of suddenly booming North Carolina. And after people start hearing this new "King's Khrysis" EP you can expect things to really start happening for the man.

In case you couldn't figure it out by the name, the EP is a collaborative project with producer Khrysis, who you've heard doing beats for everyone from 9th Wonder to Talib Kweli lately. Guest features come in the form of Thee Tom Hardy, Sean Boog and Phonte. This is the kind of project that helps get someone a XXL Freshman spot a year from now - you know, assuming all the other spots haven't been taken by paid sponsors.
