Believe it or not, there are still people out there who complain that hip-hop is dead and whine about how much better it used to be. Those people are idiots. The truth is that we're living in one of the most exciting times in recent hip-hop history, a time when a new generation of young artists are pushing the culture further than ever before.

Or to put it much more simply, this new Joey Bada$$ and Ab-Soul "Enter the Void" is almost absurdly dope. It's safe to say that even a couple years ago no one anticipated Ab evolving into one of rap's most metaphysical emcees, and Joey's shocking on point for someone who can't even legally drink.

So yeah, Joey Bada$$ and Ab-Soul are on the rise, Kreayshawn is effectively dead, I'm feeling good about hip-hop's future. Enjoy...
