The Evolution of Hip-Hop: “Intelligent Design” Mixtape (Listen & Download)

I created RefinedHype for two reasons. One, to deflate some of the hype surrounding more well known artists, and two, to give some lesser known artists more hype. (And three, booty.) So while the artists on this new "Intelligent Design" mixtape may not be household names, they're more than dope enough to make me proud to present a collection of hip-hop every bit as thoughtful and dope as the title suggests.

"Intelligent Design" is a collaboration between yours truly, the mothership, FamCo Clothing and 2WordstotheTop. Featuring singles "Her Bourne Identity", "Hustla" and "The Way Its Gon Be", the ten track album contains rhyme work from the likes of JSWISS, BLAX, Skyblew, Charmingly Ghetto, K. Sparks and many more. Production comes from The Accomplices, Jimmy Flight, DJ Bum Brown and others.
