Earlier this week Miss Angola, Leila Lopes, was named Miss Universe 2011. Now granted, it's inherently crazy to actually have a Miss "Universe" contest, and beauty pageants are about a lot more than "hotness", like. for example, who can answer ridiculous questions more ridiculously, but still....is this the hottest woman in the Universe?
