With both French Montana and Action Bronson featured on "Mean" this is one record you can't possibly pass on listening to regardless of how questionable the outcome may be. And with production from Brooklyn beatsmith Harry Fraud at least you know that you'll likely have a banging beat to look forward to on the song.

"Mean" kicks off with French Montana singing and as you can probably imagine, French's singing is more reminiscent of a William Hung than a Luther Vandross. But I will say that the rapper's hook is pretty catch especially paired with Fraud's production. From there we're hit with a mediocre verse from French which is followed by a few gritty bars from Bronson who easily matches Fraud's grim audio backdrop. All in all "Mean" is a lot less off the wall than I thought it'd be.
