This Week in General Awesomeness: Michelle Jenneke in SI, 2 Chainz in Handcuffs & MorePosted by Nathan S. on 02/15/13 | Filed under Humor, General Awesomeness |

Enjoy....
You probably remember Michelle Jenneke as the Australian hurdler who light up RefinedHype with her...um...very bouncy pre-race routine. (You don't remember? Shame on you, here, get caught up.) Well I have good news. In addition to putting Kate Upton's body painted boobs on display for the world, the good folks at Sports Illustrated also took it upon themselves to get Jenneke into the new Swimsuit Issue.
Thank you sweet baby jesus.
I don't quite know what it is about 2 Chainz that makes everyone love him, but fucking EVERYONE loves him. Case in point, police in Maryland arrested him for marijuana possession, but still couldn't resist taking a picture with a dressed down (for him) Tity Boi. Just look at the fake smile on that mofo cop on the right? That smile's got "I don't know who this guy is, but he's obviously a famous rapper!!!" written all over it.
Oh, and after getting released Chainz went and played a show at the University of Maryland. Gotta hand it to the man, that's pretty awesome.
You know a prank is really amazing when you start feeling legitimately bad for the people being pranked. So considering I feel terrible for that chick, who's clearly about to have a heart attack at 25, means Nivea pretty much nailed their new prank.
Side note: What kind of airport is like, "Yeah, you can totally film a fake terrorist threat commercial here"? Europe just doesn't give a fuck.
I don't think I even need to say that I prefer to NOT hear Nicki Minaj rap. By which I mean I wish she didn't possess vocal cords. But I can't front, that woman's got a splendiferous body. If her albums were as good as her booty pics on Instagram, I might actually buy them.
Producer Mr. Green has a pretty dope series going where he records some sounds off the street, flips it into a beat, and then gets emcees to go in over his instrumentals. That leads to some really unexpected and really dope results, including Gangster Gibbs going in over a beat sampling a Peruvian pan flute player.
Get ready for pan flutes to become the next big thing in rap. I'll give it two months before Diddy's doing ad-libs over a pan flute intro.
