Literally last week I was telling a homie that the first producer who figures out how to truly incorporate Brazilian samba rhythms into their beats is going to blow the fuck up. There's nothing quite like a good samba rhythm section, and because he must have telepathically sensed my thoughts, Statik Selektah decided to prove my point with the "9 Circulos (Remix)", a Freddie Gibbs and Styles P assisted flip of Brazilian emcee Emicida's original.

No offense to Styles, but whatever, skip through the first verse. Hear that second verse? When Statik really brings in all the original instrumentation and Gibbs really gets in pocket? Holy balls that shit is fucking dope. (And you know I mean if when I develop Tourettes.) Can you imagine an entire album of shit like that second verse? My head would explode - let's make it happen people.
