Curren$y & Wale Get Fresh & Clean on “What It Look Like” (Listen)

Most of the stoners I know have trouble getting up to go to the corner store and buy more Doritos, let alone put out an album a month, but it's hard to argue with Curren$y's work ethic. The man's simply been putting out a ton of work over the last year, and most of it has been surprisingly high quality.

It's the same story on his new single "What It Look Like". The instrumental, though a little harp heavy for my tastes (I never thought I'd write that sentence) is smooth as hell. Spitta, as usual, comes through with a "probably more complex than you realize" verse, and you can always count on Wale for a couple good punchlines. Just another one of those sit back and relax joints, pun intended.

Fans of loafers, weed and hip-hop are in luck. Curren$y's "The Stoned Immaculate" album is due out this summer, and he's about to embark on a brand new Jet Life Tour. Enjoy:
