At this point it's damn near impossible to figure out who is and isn't in Cocaine '80s, and that's probably the way they like it. As far as I can figure out, the simplest version goes like this: No I.D. makes new music with who ever happens to be around the studio - usually Common, James Fauntleroy and Makeba Riddick, sometimes other folks - slap some dope art work and the name Cocaine '80s on it and release it as free music because, I don't know, they're just cool like that.

The latest in the loosely defined collective's collection is "Motivation", this time around notably featuring a pretty damn good verse from Mr. Common Sense himself. Whatever, don't over think it, just press play and enjoy some free music that's better than most of the shit people put out on their albums.
